#1 TRAINING AT HOME
In keeping with our philosophy, this workout is simple to understand and execute, yet brutally effective. You will be challenged throughout the program, regardless of your current fitness level.
This program covers all your performance needs while helping you transform your physique, so you're ready for anything.
+ 45-60 minutes 5/6 days a week
+ 2 training phases
+Sessions targeting your endurance and strength
+Development of your performance on basic exercises: push-ups, abs, pull-ups and 4 km.
+ To make understanding clearer, each exercise is illustrated with pictures.

ARE THE BOOKS REALLY FREE?
Indeed, we offer these 2 books completely free of charge. Nearly 100 pages addressing both your mental and physical preparation since all the exercises and the program are recorded there.
WHY JOIN PRIVATE COACHING?
This coaching program is essential to prepare for military physical tests, gendarmerie, firefighters. Before being offered to a wider audience, we made the program follow only 1 member of our community. The latter was preparing marine rifle tests, to later join the navy commando selections. WHAT TYPES OF DRIVES ARE USED?
Throughout the coaching, you will be confronted with specific running sessions (long, short, uphill split); to cross-training/CrossFit sessions, and to more bodybuilding-oriented strength sessions.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE PROGRAMS?
The minimum equipment required to follow the coaching in good conditions is as follows: Pull-up bar, weighted vest or backpack, dumbbells (x1).
We have also added a punching bag, a smooth rope, and a resistance band which are optional accessories since we offer alternative exercises if you do not have them.
