LOGO MEANING

" Si vis pacem, para bellum" is adapted from a statement found in the tract De Re Militari by Latin author Renatus, in which the current formulation is Igitur qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum ("Let him who desires peace therefore prepare for war.

The phrase presents the idea that the conditions of peace are often preserved by a willingness to wage war when necessary.

Literal translation :
