15 jours et deja des résultats
5 kilos de perdu et les entraînement sont tres variable et adapté .

A condition d'avoir une alimentation équilibré, bien sur 👍

Un jour jambe , un jour bras , un jour cardio voir un mixte avec les séances cité précédemment.

Je n'est pas encore fait l'ensemble des programmes que j'ai pu prendre mais je suis deja tres satisfaite des premiers résultats !!

Une bonne hiérarchisation du programme. Celui-ci est complet, reste à voir les résultat à la fin de l'exécution des programmes.

Remise en forme

Excellent cahier pour se remettre en forme. Acheté, il y a 10 jours, je n'ai pas encore assez de recul mais... c'est plutôt prometteur ! Peut être qu'un cahier + axé sur la nutrition... serait un avantage afin d'avoir l'apport nutritionnel nécessaire pour terminer le WOD de la journée (souvent, je sèche au bout de 2 tours). To be continued... merci Phil Team.
