Philippe PEROTTI has acquired a solid expertise in shooting instruction thanks to his past functions as a team member in specialized action techniques, sniper, commando instructor and health auxiliary/medic in the French special forces. Since leaving the army, he has continued to develop, conceptualize and train specialized groups of European armies. He published 15 books and created more than 100 concepts, some of which were used to develop the shooting methods of many administrations. The concept of "Being Safe, Skillful and Adroit" notably contributed to the development of the MTC (Méthode de Tir de Combat) and the ISTC (Instruction Sur le Tir de Combat), both of which are still in use in the French army. This concept, proven in difficult professional conditions, can easily be applied to sports or recreational shooting.
