Je trouve c est livré très différent de ce que j ai pu lire sur la progression physique ou mentale moi qui me prépare au test pour intégré l armée cela me permet de me focaliser sur chaque muscle a utilisé pour différents type d exercice ou même la gestion du stress comment remiser c est limite au maximum est très instructif vraiment merci pour cette découverte
